Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee a team of QA (Quality Assurance) Specialists to ensure the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping. This position will be accountable for tracking, reporting, and communicating findings to various business groups. This position will report into the Senior Manager of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance of Supply Chain.

Description
- Provide leadership and guidance while planning, directing, and supervising the work activities of the Quality Assurance teams
- Establish and drive tactical and strategic QA plans and initiatives
- Propose ideas to increase the efficiency of the Fulfillment processes along with reducing frequent errors or issues
- Create and analyze Quality reporting to support business needs/initiatives
- Reduce errors to our customers by overseeing daily audits along with reporting errors/issues to appropriate Management members
- Interaction with Merchants, Vendors, and Management to resolve merchandise issues relating to Product Copy/Image, Quality, and Packaging
- Work with Customer Care on resolving customer inquiries or complaints on merchandise
Requirements - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of management experience, in a progressive warehouse/distribution environment, with a focus in Quality Assurance
- Ability to supervise teams and manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of customer service
- Proficient in MS Office
